In addition, we’ve nurtured a longstanding relationship with Chateau Elan to create their in-house publication, The Enthusiast, a destination and community-focused publication that serves as an in-house lifestyle guide to one of Northeast Georgia’s premier resort communities. The Enthusiast is about bringing the resort to life through a unique, human-interest-focused lens.
Published every 4-6 months, the magazine is distributed throughout the property, including 300+ guestrooms and all public spaces such as their inclusive golf course, spa and winery. Each edition is presented among residents across the six gated communities of Chateau Élan Estates, ensuring deep and repeated engagement across both visitors and homeowners.
Due to the publication’s growing success, we’ve expanded the circulation ranging from Braselton, Hoschton and Winder to specific areas such as Alpharetta, Buford, Marietta, Suwanee, Peachtree Corners and surrounding counties. With articles that focus on the backstories of Chateau Elan’s passionate team, including eye-catching photography, mouthwatering recipes and profiles of some of the resort’s unbelievable friends, it’s become a permanent fixture in homes and businesses across the state.
Our third partner publication, Traditions of Braselton, serves as the official community newsletter for Braselton. The city’s residents are actively engaged in their community and keeping them informed is our top priority. Traditions of Braselton is published quarterly and delivered directly to every household and business in the area, providing residents with important community updates while offering brands direct access to a tightly connected and rapidly growing local audience.
